Leos must be unworn and in original condition and must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
To start return process: email- please list your order number and reason for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective Leos
We try to only put out the very best leos, but we are a business of people and sometimes a few mistakes happen. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving the item and it must be unwashed and unworn. Returns are a case by case situation with our limited editions- email to verify a return for a defective Leo We will send you a shipping label and cover return costs of defective leos. We believe our leos to be the very best and want you to be 100% satisfied with them.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Due to the limited edition nature of our leos we may not be able to exchange a Leo once it is purchased. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we can see if we are able. NO exchanges after 30 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
