Shipping policy

Our leos are handmade and do require a little extra processing time. We try to ship leos out as quickly as possible, please allow 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to leave our facility. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. All correspondence will be addressed to the email left at checkout.

Lost packages
Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received', are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our facility, we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. Unfortunately, we are unable to track down your package.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. BusyBodLeos is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
